If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us at info@ladystylish.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package. For lost packages, contact us immediately at the same email address. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
